Shipping & Delivery
Kyle® offers a variety of shipping methods to countries around the world. To estimate your shipping price, add some items to your shopping cart and use the "Estimate Shipping Rate" feature on that page.
If your package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, undeliverable, rejected, or refused, then we will refund the order minus the original shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee. If you received free or discounted shipping, then the standard delivery fee will be deducted from the refund total.
Kyle® reserves the right to cancel your order.
Our shipping methods are described in the table below:

Privacy & Security
We collect information from you to improve your shopping experience and to be able to fulfill your order.
When you navigate our site, we may gather general information such as your browser type, IP address, Internet service provider, and so forth. This is general use information that does not intrinsically contain personal information.
To help us personalize your shopping experience, we use the help of a browser feature called cookies. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that helps us keep you logged in to your Kyle® shopping account.
Kyle® will not rent, sell, or distribute any information relating to you to third parties.
Returns & Replacements
If within 30 days of delivery you change your mind and the garment is
- unworn,
- still in its original packaging,
- unlaundered, and
- has its original tags (if it came with tags),
then we'll be happy to refund you less any shipping charges.
Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return. We can only process refunds onto the original card that the purchase was made on.
If you received free or discounted shipping, then the standard delivery fee will be deducted from the refund total.
Some items may not be returned or exchanged. The Web site product page will indicate such items in the product description.
To ensure a safe and prompt return or exchange, please
- pack items carefully into a tough box;
- use a traceable method to keep track of where your return is; and
- include your order number.

You are responsible for return shipping charges unless your item arrived damaged or unless you did not receive what you ordered.
If your order was incorrectly shipped or has damaged items, it is important that you return them to us in the same condition that you received them to ensure a full refund.
